As the Chief Financial Officer for Chayora while serving as the Chief Transformation Officer of EdgeConneX, Ms. Zhan brings decades of experience and the board’s support for the Chayora team. She is responsible for leading the company’s corporate financing strategy and solutions, and oversees the company's Finance Department, Procurement, and Legal Affairs. Ms. Zhan was previously the Chief Accounting Officer of EdgeConneX and has been instrumental in the board’s oversight of Chayora, capitalizing on her extensive experience in financial management and her deep understanding of the company’s financial landscape.

Before joining EdgeConneX, Ms. Zhan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel operator, where she oversaw all aspects of the company’s Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Planning and Analysis.

Ms. Zhan holds a CPA and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, an MA in Economics from Ohio University, and a BA in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
